Joseph Choi is the founding Chief Operating Officer and Chief Medical Officer at Hypercare, a healthcare technology company improving clinical communication and collaboration. He is a practicing emergency physician in downtown Toronto, where he serves multiple quality improvement and administrative roles for his hospital. He is also an Assistant Professor in the Division of Emergency Medicine, Department of Medicine, at the University of Toronto.

Andrew Bell is the Director, Emergency Management, Safety & Security at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre. With over 15 years of experience in the government and healthcare sectors, Andrew is responsible for the coordination, development and evaluation of all activities related to the Emergency Management, Locating/Switchboard and Security Services programs at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre. The position provides vision and leadership in the development and implementation of systems, structures and processes that support a safe, well and secure workplace at RVH.
