Yes! You can configure the system to send an urgent message that bypasses your phone’s do-not-disturb settings and send a loud sound to make sure you are alerted to any pages. You can also set pages from non-urgent numbers to arrive as a standard Hypercare message.
Yes, you can page either an individual or a group through the Hypercare app. Once the page goes through, team members can coordinate within the group chat.
The cost is $17/month paid annually if you don’t currently have a Hypercare account. If you’re already a Hypercare user it’s a $10/month add-on.
