Pager replacement

No more passing around the team pager. Hypercare can set up a phone number for external users to leave call-back numbers, which which is routed directly to the smartphone of the on-call provider.

High priority messaging

The Hypercare team will create custom phone number(s) that are linked to your On Call schedules. Simply put, this means that pages will always get to right person On Call. Pages are sent as Stat Messages through Hypercare, bypassing the Do Not Disturb functionality on your smartphone.
