Bob Davis, MD
Physician lead, Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance

Lead the implementation of EMR use within their clinic setting in 2003 as well as overseeing the continual updating. Participated in the evaluation of EMR enhancement for the HPHA in 2010. Joined HPHA's IT development team as part of PATH (Providers for the Advancement of Technology in Healthcare) in 2016 as Physician Lead.

Annette Stelmachuk, RN
Clinical Application Analyst, Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance

Annette worked 22 years as a Medical/Surgical Nurse at Stratford General before joining the IT Department in 2010 as a Clinical Analyst. Since joining their team, Annette has implemented and supported many clinical software for Physicians and other Allied Healthcare workers which include PatientKeeper (clinical viewer), Notewriter and Front end dictation system, Cardiovascular information system, Clinical connect, Novari (surgical booking system and Wait times), GE Monitoring system and Hypercare.

Crystal Turner RN, BScN
Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance

Crystal worked as an RN for 10 years on the Maternal Child Unit and two years as a Nurse Educator supporting staff across four hospitals, prior to 2018 when she joined the IT department in her current role. She has been involved in improving frontline documentation, with a goal to simplify and streamline the day to day processes for staff. During the height of the pandemic last year, Crystal was redeployed as a bedside RN in the ICU. She also held the Interim management role for HPHA's Maternal Child Unit for 7 months during the Omicron outbreak.
