Turn Connections Into Rewards with the Hypercare Referral Program

1. Eligibility

• The Hypercare Referral Program (“Program”) is open to current Hypercare customers and authorized users (“Referrers”).
• Referrers must be 18 years of age or older and in good standing with their Hypercare account.
• Employees of Hypercare and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.

2. Qualified Referrals

• A “Qualified Referral” means a referral that:
  
  • Is a new organization that is not currently has not previously engaged in conversations with Hypercare.
  • Results in a signed agreement with Hypercare within 24 months of submission.
  • Is submitted through the official referral form on the Hypercare website.
• Self-referrals or referrals of organizations already in Hypercare’s sales pipeline are not eligible.

3. Rewards

• Referrers are eligible to receive credits of up to 50% of the referred customer’s implementation fee, applied toward their future Hypercare invoices.
• Rewards are issued once the referred customer has signed an agreement and paid their initial invoice.
• Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Program Participation

• Referrers may submit multiple referrals, but credits are applied per Qualified Referral only.
• Hypercare reserves the right to validate and confirm all referral submissions.
• Any fraudulent, incomplete, or duplicate submissions will be disqualified.

5. Limitations & Exclusions

• Credits may not exceed the Referrer’s total annual subscription fees.
• Rewards cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless approved by Hypercare.
• Hypercare is not responsible for any taxes that may be associated with the rewards; Referrers are solely responsible for tax reporting, if applicable.

6. Program Changes & Termination

• Hypercare reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, without prior notice.
• Any referrals submitted prior to program termination will be honored in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

7. Governing Law

• The Program is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
• Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Program will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
