Joseph is Hypercare’s founding COO and CMO, leading efforts to improve clinical communication and coordination through technology. He is a practicing emergency physician in downtown Toronto and is active in quality improvement and hospital administration. He also serves as an associate professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Toronto, contributing to medical education and research.
